Overview
Description
The Invesco US Treasury Bond 3-7 Year UCITS ETF Acc is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that aims to track the total return performance of the Bloomberg US Treasury 3-7 Year Index, less fees. It invests in US dollar-denominated, fixed-rate, nominal debt issued by the US Treasury with remaining maturities between 3 and 7 years, providing targeted exposure to intermediate-term US government bonds. Launched as part of the Invesco Markets II plc umbrella fund and domiciled in Ireland, this UCITS-compliant ETF employs physical replication through a sampling technique, holding approximately 91-92 securities, primarily investment-grade Treasuries with high credit ratings around AA. The fund is accumulating, reinvesting interest income (coupons) to compound returns, and features a low ongoing charge of 0.06% per annum. With a fund size of around USD 238 million and an effective duration of 4.27 years, it offers investors a low-cost vehicle for accessing the US Treasury market segment, characterized by relatively stable yields such as 3.67% to maturity, amid interest rate fluctuations and sector concentration in Treasuries.
