Cancel your account anytime from your Dashboard. After canceling, you'll still be able to use your plan until the end of the subscription period.
How can I switch to annual billing?
Switch to annual billing at anytime from your Dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and any unused amount will be added to your balance.

Can I purchase only one dataset?
No, we don't offer datasets separately. Twelve Data plans include access to all our datasets.
What are the API & WebSocket credits?
Credits are the core metric used to access data on our platform. Standard request to API consumes 1 API credit, which means that you can request approximately 610 symbols per minute on our Pro 610 plan. Assuming you want to stream the data for 300 symbols, that would cost your 300 WebSocket credits. If you need some help or advice on this, contact us anytime. Learn more
Can you provide unlimited API or WS credits?
With a custom plan, we can provide any API & WS credits limit you require. This limit has to be specified explicitly and can not be just unlimited. Learn more
