CMTSU Liquidation Inc. is a liquidation-stage corporation that previously operated as a global information technology services provider under the name Ciber, Inc. Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the company once delivered a range of IT consulting and outsourcing solutions spanning system integration, application development, managed services, business consulting, and IT strategy across major industries such as manufacturing, financial services, retail, education, and healthcare. As Ciber, Inc., it served clients worldwide, including Global 2000 companies, through offerings in software development, enterprise applications, human capital management, and compliance solutions for platforms like SAP. Following financial difficulties, the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April 2017. Its operating assets were sold to HTC Global Ventures, and the entity transitioned to CMTSU Liquidation Inc. to oversee the winding down of remaining obligations and the distribution of residual assets to creditors as part of its court-approved liquidation plan.
