Eni S.p.A. Sponsored ADR is a negotiable certificate traded in U.S. dollars that represents two ordinary shares of Eni S.p.A., an Italian energy company headquartered in Rome. Issued with the support of Citibank N.A. - Milan Branch as the depositary bank, it enables U.S. investors to gain exposure to Eni without directly purchasing shares on foreign exchanges.
