NTT DC REIT

NTT DC REIT is a real estate investment trust that specializes in owning and managing income-producing data center assets worldwide. Established in Singapore in March 2025, its core mandate is to invest directly or indirectly in stabilized, revenue-generating real estate primarily used for data storage and digital infrastructure, as well as properties that support the broader digital economy. The trust was launched through a landmark initial public offering, raising approximately US$773 million, making it the largest REIT listing on the Singapore Exchange in more than a decade. NTT DC REIT’s portfolio consists of six data centers located across Singapore, Austria, and the United States, collectively valued at about US$1.6 billion and offering a combined capacity of over 90 megawatts. Sponsored by NTT Limited—part of the globally recognized NTT Group, the world’s third-largest data center operator—the REIT provides investors with direct exposure to the accelerating demand for digital infrastructure driven by artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
