Nova Lithium Corp., a junior mining company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of lithium brine and lithium clay properties. It holds 100% interest in the Deer Musk West project that comprises 190 mineral claims covering an area of approximately 1550 hectares located in the southern Clayton Valley, Nevada. The company was formerly known as Halcyon Ventures Inc. and changed its name to Nova Lithium Corp. in June 11, 2021. Nova Lithium Corp. was incorporated in 2017 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
