Aminex operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ndovu Resources Limited, maintaining strong relationships with local stakeholders including the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) and the Petroleum Upstream Regulatory Authority (PURA). It holds interests in three key licenses: a non-operated stake in the Ruvuma Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) featuring substantial natural gas resources exceeding 8 trillion cubic feet gross mean unrisked gas initially in place; an operated 64% interest in the producing Kiliwani North development license, which has delivered 6.5 billion cubic feet of gas; and the Nyuni Area.
