SK Growth Opportunities Corporation is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank check company, formed to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. Its primary purpose is to raise capital through an initial public offering to identify and pursue a suitable target, particularly those involved in developing technologies addressing environmental, social, and governance issues. Prior to completing its business combination, the company conducted no operations and generated no revenues, focusing solely on the search for and execution of a strategic merger. In April 2025, SK Growth Opportunities Corporation completed its business combination with Webull Corporation, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary, after which its shares converted to Webull ordinary shares. Organized as a Cayman Islands exempted company and headquartered in New York since 2021, it played a key role in facilitating public market access for target companies within the financial services and shell companies sectors.
