Description
Xtrackers EURO STOXX 50 UCITS ETF 1C is an exchange-traded fund designed to replicate the performance of the EURO STOXX 50 Index, which comprises the 50 largest and most liquid blue-chip companies listed in euros across Eurozone countries. This ETF provides investors with targeted exposure to leading firms from major Eurozone economies, spanning diverse sectors such as financial services (around 23-31%), electronic technology (15-16%), industrials (17%), consumer non-durables (12%), and technology services, among others. Managed by Xtrackers, the ETF arm of DWS (a Deutsche Bank AG brand), it employs a passive, physical replication strategy and follows an accumulating policy, reinvesting dividends to potentially enhance long-term capital growth. Launched in 2008 and domiciled in Luxembourg, the fund maintains a low total expense ratio of 0.09% p.a., manages substantial assets exceeding €4.89-6.36 billion, and holds top positions in companies like SAP SE and ASML Holding NV. With over 99% allocation to Europe ex-UK equities, it plays a key role in offering cost-effective diversification to the core of the Eurozone's equity market.
