Description
Amundi MSCI Europe High Dividend Factor UCITS ETF EUR (C) is an exchange-traded fund that provides exposure to high-dividend-yielding stocks across European developed markets. Launched in 2009 and domiciled in Luxembourg, it is managed by Amundi Luxembourg S.A. and seeks to replicate the performance of the MSCI Europe High Dividend Yield Index through synthetic replication using derivatives like swaps. This passively managed, accumulating ETF invests in large-cap and mid-cap companies from 15-16 European countries, selecting those with the highest dividend rates in their respective markets while spanning diversified sectors such as finance, electronic technology, technology services, and retail trade. With a total expense ratio of 0.23% p.a. and assets under management around 237-359 million EUR, it reinvests dividends to potentially enhance share price growth rather than distributing them. The fund plays a key role in the European equity market by offering investors a targeted, cost-efficient vehicle for dividend-focused strategies in developed Europe, emphasizing fundamental selection based on high yield criteria.
