Description
BNP Paribas Easy MSCI World Min TE UCITS ETF is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that tracks the performance of large and mid-cap equity securities across global developed markets. The fund employs a minimum tracking error strategy, designed to closely replicate its benchmark index while maintaining tight performance alignment. It selects securities based on Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) criteria, systematically excluding companies with significant negative ESG impacts, including those heavily involved in tobacco, oil and gas, and thermal coal power generation. The fund applies a best-in-universe approach to ESG selection, prioritizing the highest-rated companies regardless of sector. With a fund size of approximately $665 million USD and a management fee of 0.15%, the ETF provides global equity exposure while integrating sustainability considerations. The fund is denominated in US dollars and rebalances quarterly, offering investors a way to gain diversified exposure to world markets with a focus on minimizing tracking error relative to its MSCI World Select Filtered Minimum TE benchmark.
