Description
iShares $ Corp Bond UCITS ETF EUR Hedged (Dist) is an exchange-traded fund that provides exposure to US dollar-denominated, investment-grade corporate bonds from developed markets. Managed by BlackRock and domiciled in Ireland, it tracks the Markit iBoxx USD Liquid Investment Grade Index using a representative sampling methodology, holding nearly 3,000 fixed-rate bonds with a minimum maturity of 3.5 years rated BBB- or higher by S&P/Fitch and Baa3 or above by Moody’s. This ETF features EUR currency hedging to mitigate exchange rate fluctuations between the USD and euro, alongside a low total expense ratio of 0.25% and quarterly distributions, offering a recent dividend yield around 4.8%. With assets under management exceeding €240 million, a weighted average maturity of about 12.8 years, and effective duration of 8.1 years, it serves investors seeking income and moderate credit risk in the corporate bond sector. Launched in 2003 with the hedged share class from 2017, it plays a key role in diversified fixed-income portfolios by delivering liquid, high-quality USD corporate debt exposure tailored for euro-based investors.
