Description
iShares iBonds Dec 2030 Term $ Corp UCITS ETF USD (Acc) is a fixed‑maturity bond exchange-traded fund that holds a diversified portfolio of US dollar‑denominated corporate bonds. The fund is structured to terminate in December 2030, at which point its remaining assets are returned to investors, giving it characteristics similar to an individual bond with a defined end date. It seeks to track the performance of a Bloomberg MSCI index composed of investment grade corporate issuers across multiple sectors, including telecommunications, financials, technology, healthcare, and consumer companies. The portfolio is broadly diversified by issuer and industry, with holdings in large global corporations such as telecom operators, technology firms, industrial groups, and financial institutions. As an accumulating share class, income from the underlying bonds is reinvested rather than distributed. In the wider market, the fund is positioned as a building block for bond ladders and for managing interest rate and credit exposure around a specific 2030 maturity profile.
