Description
The JPMorgan Global Research Enhanced Index SRI PAB Active ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund designed to provide exposure to developed market equities with a strong sustainability overlay. Anchored in J.P. Morgan’s Research Enhanced Index (REI) investment process, the ETF aims to outperform the MSCI World SRI EU PAB Overlay ESG Custom Index while rigorously integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. The fund systematically excludes companies involved in sectors such as gambling, tobacco, fossil fuels, weapons, adult entertainment, alcohol, and genetically modified organisms to align with socially responsible investing (SRI) priorities.
Additionally, the ETF fulfills the European Union’s Paris-Aligned Benchmark (PAB) requirements, ensuring that the portfolio achieves a minimum 50% reduction in greenhouse gas intensity compared to its investable universe and decarbonizes at least 7% annually. The fund employs an optimized sampling approach to replicate its benchmark, supports an accumulating distribution policy, and maintains UCITS compliance. With a total expense ratio of 0.25% and holdings diversified across global sectors, this ETF serves investors who seek broad market equity exposure while adhering to stringent sustainability and climate-focused standards.
