iShares ATX UCITS ETF (DE) is an exchange-traded fund managed by BlackRock Asset Management Deutschland AG. Launched on August 4, 2005, and domiciled in Germany, it seeks to track the performance of the ATX® index, which comprises the 20 largest and most traded Austrian companies listed on the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange. Employing a physical replication strategy, the ETF invests in these large-cap stocks across diversified sectors, including financials, banking, energy, materials, and communications, mirroring the index's weightings to provide targeted exposure to Austria's equity market. With assets under management around €142 million, a total expense ratio of 0.33%, and a distributing share class that pays dividends up to four times per year, it offers investors a cost-efficient vehicle for participating in the performance of Austria's leading blue-chip firms. The fund holds approximately 20 constituents, reflecting the concentrated nature of the ATX benchmark, and is registered in locations such as Austria, France, and Germany. This ETF plays a key role in enabling diversified access to the Austrian economy's primary market drivers.
