Inmocemento S.A.

Inmocemento S.A. is a public limited company that serves as the parent of a multinational group operating primarily in the real estate and cement industries. Established in April 2024 as a result of a structural reorganization of the former parent company, its business model is anchored in two main activities: the development, leasing, and management of residential, office, commercial, and retail real estate; and the manufacture and distribution of cement, clinker, and derivative products. Inmocemento conducts its real estate operations mostly within Spain, with select assets in the United Kingdom, Romania, and Croatia, while its cement activities have a strong presence in both Spain and international markets such as the United Kingdom and Tunisia. The company’s formation was driven by a partial demerger from Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, S.A. (FCC), through which substantial stakes in leading real estate and cement subsidiaries were transferred to Inmocemento. This positions Inmocemento S.A. as a significant vertically integrated player at the intersection of infrastructure, materials, and property management, with a distinct focus on both asset development and industrial production within the European and select global markets.
