Description
The Fidelity U.S. Quality Value Fund - Acc is an equity exchange-traded fund designed to provide investors with exposure to a diversified portfolio of large-cap U.S. companies that combine attractive valuations with robust financial quality. The fund seeks to deliver a total return, incorporating both capital appreciation and income, that reflects the performance of the Fidelity U.S. Quality Value Index before fees and expenses. This index selects and weights its constituents based on a blend of quality metrics—such as cash flow margins and balance sheet strength—and value criteria like free cash flow yield and tangible book value, while also screening for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors. Utilizing a physical replication strategy, the fund holds all underlying index constituents directly, maintaining a broad portfolio of approximately 125 stocks. It employs an accumulating structure, which means that any dividends received are automatically reinvested rather than paid out to investors. With a competitive total expense ratio of 0.20%, the fund offers investors an efficient, transparent, and rules-based approach to targeting high-quality, attractively priced U.S. equities. It is compliant with UCITS regulations and classified under Article 8 of the SFDR, reflecting its promotion of certain ESG characteristics.
