What's new in August 2026
August went into the parts of Twelve Data you use when you are not reading market data: paying for your plan, moving around the dashboard, and the docs.
See what is included in each plan.
Around the dashboard
Data on demand is now called Data add-ons everywhere in the dashboard, which matches the name used on the rest of the site. Exchange and MIC listings are paginated again, so they are faster to browse. We also updated profile picture uploads, tooltip styling and the roadmap widget layout on the account page.
Documentation
The credit cost for /time_series/cross is now documented. We also corrected the commodities response example.
Coverage and data quality
- GRAM is now available as a crypto pair, and we added new symbols for Euronext Lisbon
- Historical prices and missing financials were restored on a small number of instruments after review
- Audited Eid holidays in our market calendar, and quotes are no longer synced while a market is closed, so closed markets stay clean
Reliability
Real time access is now applied more precisely, including over WebSocket, so the streams you receive match what your plan covers. The rest of the month went into speed and stability work across the site and the API.
